Job Description
Akruti Developers is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources. The selected candidate will receive practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various recruitment channels.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and MIS.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Handle job postings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM HR preferred).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Positive attitude and professional approach.
