About the Role: WebSenor is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, with the ability to build brand presence across multiple platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and grow social media accounts across various platforms.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.

Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.

Plan and execute social media campaigns.

Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.

Track and analyze social media performance metrics.

Coordinate with the design and content teams for campaign execution.

Generate reports and suggest improvements based on insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Strong communication and content-writing skills.

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Prior experience in social media marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
