About the role
Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE)
Experience: 10–15 Years Industry: Heavy Fabrication / Engineering Manufacturing (Mandatory) Location: Chakan, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities and generate enquiries from industrial customers.
Handle RFQs, quotations, techno-commercial discussions, and order negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, and Purchase teams for project execution.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and support business growth initiatives.
Travel for customer visits, meetings, and business development activities.
Required Skills:
Experience in Heavy Fabrication, Trailer Manufacturing, Structural Steel, or Engineering Industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Knowledge of costing, commercial terms, and project-based sales.
Proficiency in MS Office
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
