Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 4–8 Years Industry: IT Services
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by acquiring new clients for IT services and software development solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, proposal submissions, and contract negotiations.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs), ensuring target achievement and performance improvement.
Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and technical teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
Maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
Requirements:
4–8 years of experience in IT services sales/business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
Experience in team handling and mentoring BDEs.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and outbound sales strategies.
Preferred:
Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, or APAC).
Understanding of software development, outsourcing, and managed service models.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Ahmedabad): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
IT Service Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
