Business Analyst Internship

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal teams and stakeholders.

Analyze workflows, business processes, and user requirements to identify improvement opportunities.

Support product and development teams with requirement documentation, user stories, and process flows.

Conduct market and competitor research related to EdTech and AI-based platforms.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and business presentations for management reviews.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, Engineering, and Operations.

Help track project progress, feature updates, and product enhancements.

Participate in client discussions, feedback collection, and requirement clarification sessions.

Support testing and validation of new features before release.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good understanding of business processes and documentation.

Familiarity with:

MS Excel / Google Sheets

PowerPoint / Google Slides

Basic SQL (preferred)

Project management tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp (preferred)

Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Ability to prepare reports, requirement documents, and presentations.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
