Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled GCP DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Terraform, GKE, CI/CD, Cloud Networking, IAM, and Infrastructure Automation, along with a passion for building reliable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.

Configure and manage GCP Networking, IAM policies, and security controls.

Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployments.

Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

Develop automation scripts using Shell Scripting and/or Python.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Implement cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams to streamline release and deployment processes.

Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

Strong hands-on experience with:

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

GCP Networking & IAM

Terraform

Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

CI/CD Pipeline Development

Shell Scripting and/or Python

Experience with Infrastructure Automation and Cloud-Native Architectures.

Strong understanding of containerization, orchestration, and deployment strategies.

Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting solutions.

Knowledge of cloud security, access management, and compliance best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure.

Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, automation, and cloud operations.
