Job Overview

Mindware Infotech is seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to manage, automate, and optimize our development and deployment infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud environments, monitoring system performance, and ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

Monitor application and server performance using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or similar.

Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and improve deployment efficiency.

Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.

Implement security best practices, backup strategies, and disaster recovery procedures.

Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues.

Ensure system reliability, scalability, and uptime.

Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and system configurations.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.

Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

Understanding of networking, security, and cloud infrastructure concepts.

Experience with Git version control.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Salary Range

1–2 Years Experience: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

3+ Years Experience: ₹26,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Salary will be offered based on skills, technical knowledge, and interview performance.
