Block CHain Developer engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer / Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to

design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable blockchain-based applications for a software

product company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with smart contracts,

decentralized applications (dApps), Web3 technologies, and blockchain platforms across

domains such as FinTech, Digital Assets, Supply Chain, Healthcare, and Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

Blockchain Development

Design, develop, test, and deploy blockchain-based applications and platforms

Build and maintain smart contracts using Solidity and other blockchain programming

languages

Develop decentralized applications (dApps) and Web3 integrations

Implement tokenization, staking, wallet integrations, and decentralized finance (DeFi)

solutions

Optimize blockchain performance, scalability, and security

Smart Contract Engineering

Develop, audit, and upgrade smart contracts

Implement secure coding practices and vulnerability mitigation

Perform smart contract testing, debugging, and deployment

Ensure compliance with blockchain standards and protocols

Domain-Based Solution Development

Build blockchain solutions across domains:

FinTech (payments, remittances, DeFi, digital identity)

Digital Assets (tokenization, NFT platforms, wallet management)

Supply Chain (traceability, provenance tracking)

Healthcare (secure patient records and data sharing)

Real Estate (property tokenization and transaction automation)

Integration & Infrastructure

Integrate blockchain networks with enterprise applications and APIs

Work with nodes, wallets, explorers, and blockchain infrastructure

Develop and maintain backend services supporting blockchain operations

Monitor network performance and optimize system reliability

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with product managers, architects, and development teams

Translate business requirements into blockchain solutions

Document architecture, smart contracts, and technical workflows

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related

field

Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

3–4 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development

Experience working in product-based companies or blockchain-focused projects

Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and distributed systems

Technical Skills

Strong programming skills in Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go

Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Hyperledger, or similar

platforms

Hands-on experience with smart contract frameworks such as Hardhat, Truffle, and

Foundry

Knowledge of Web3.js, Ethers.js, and blockchain APIs

Experience with databases, REST APIs, and microservices

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,

or GCP)

Understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain security

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
