Description of the role:

We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our Group PMO on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll lead and coordinate change management initiatives across a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. You’ll drive engagement, communication and readiness for key transformation programs including technology, compliance, and business process initiatives, while building sustainable change capability across the organisation.

What makes you ‘just right’:

Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP) or relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)

5–10 years’ experience in change management, ideally within professional services

Demonstrated experience delivering change strategies across complex, multi-project environments

Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills

Excellent planning, organisation, and ability to manage competing priorities

A collaborative, resilient mindset with a passion for helping people through change

What your day might look like:

Leading change strategies, impact assessments, and readiness planning across multiple initiatives

Designing and delivering communication and engagement plans, including workshops and town halls

Developing and facilitating training programs and support materials for new systems and processes

Monitoring adoption, addressing resistance, and supporting leaders to drive change within their teams

Collaborating closely with project teams, PMO leaders and business stakeholders

Building relationships across offices and contributing to a strong, connected team culture
