The Opportunity:
As a Marketing Manager this is a high-impact role where you’ll own the full marketing lifecycle, from strategy through to execution and optimisation, across multi-million-dollar budgets. You’ll be the key commercial and marketing lead for two university partners, working closely with our in-house performance, creative, content, and marketing operations teams to deliver campaigns that drive student acquisition and enrolment growth.
This role is a fulltime, 12-month Maternity Leave Contract
Your New Role:
Own and execute end-to-end marketing strategy for two university partners
Drive student acquisition and enrolment outcomes through data-led campaigns
Write clear, insight-driven briefs for internal performance and creative teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated digital campaigns
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring alignment with university guidelines
Lead partner planning cycles, translating commercial goals into marketing roadmaps
Mentor and develop a Marketing Coordinator
Contribute to agile workflows and manage delivery via Monday.com
Who We Need:
You are someone that brings 4-6 years’ experience across performance or integrated marketing environments
Has hands-on exposure to CPL/CPA-driven campaigns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to optimisation
Demonstrates confident stakeholder management, including senior partners
Is a natural collaborator across creative, media, and operations teams
Combines strategic thinking with executional excellence
Leads with clarity, emotional intelligence, and influence
