Summary Apple is a place where extraordinary people gather to do their best work. Together we create products and experiences people once couldn’t have imagined — and now can’t imagine living without.

Do you love tackling big challenges without precedent? Do you possess a deep knowledge of the legal field and a passion for innovation? We do, and as a part of our Legal group, you’ll help uphold Apple’s high ethical and corporate standards. We have a fantastic new opportunity for a talented lawyer to join our team of diverse, creative, and hardworking people.

As a member of the Products & Regulatory Legal Group, you will work closely with Apple’s engineering, operations, government affairs and marketing teams, as well as with other teams in Apple Legal. With passion, dedication, and a desire to tackle challenges, you will play a crucial role as we provide the legal support needed for Apple to continue to build cutting-edge technologies.

Description You will join a team of attorneys in the Regulatory Legal Group who work with and advise Apple’s engineering, business and government affairs teams on complex regulatory issues.

You will analyse the applicability of a broad range of regulations, primarily in the EMEIA region, to various Apple products and services. This could include the Data Act, AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), NIS 2, Digital Fairness Act (DFA) and Digital Networks Act (DNA).

You will coordinate, and in some cases drive, the engagement with regulatory authorities in various technology areas. The work requires outside-the-box thinking, versatility, and creative approaches to legal issues. You will collaborate with other legal groups, Apple government affairs and cross-functional business and engineering teams. You will also advise Apple management on risk allocation/mitigation, business strategies, and policies.

Strong analytical skills and business sense with the ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

Ability to develop and facilitate collaboration by cultivating relationships and effectively counseling and communicating with legal and cross-functional partners.

Self-starter who is curious, loves technology, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
