Project Engineer - Plant D

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate engineering projects from initiation through implementation and production release.

Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.

Monitor project progress and proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks.

Support New Product Introduction (NPDI) and product transfer activities.

Coordinate engineering changes, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.

Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and company standards.

Support issue resolution through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Maintain project documentation, reports, and technical records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Experience leading or coordinating engineering, manufacturing, or operational projects.

Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and ERP/MRP systems.

Preferred Experience

Manufacturing or industrial environments.

New Product Introduction (NPDI) and product transfer projects.

Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Experience with engineering change management and product lifecycle processes.

PMP, CAPM, Agile, or related project management certifications are a plus.
