Manager Facilities

Responsibilities

Lead all facility operations, including building maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, and site services.

Ensure the reliability and availability of critical systems such as HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, water systems, generators, fire protection systems, and backup power equipment.

Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Lead facility expansion, renovation, and capital improvement projects.

Manage facility budgets, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.

Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective execution.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Support business continuity planning and emergency response readiness.

Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost reduction initiatives.

Partner with Operations to ensure facilities support current and future manufacturing requirements.

Monitor facility performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Experience leading facilities, maintenance, utilities, or infrastructure operations within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.

Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and external contractors.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
