About the role
Responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives are achieved. This role oversees operational performance, continuous improvement initiatives, workforce development, and cross-functional collaboration to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily manufacturing and supply chain operations to meet production targets and customer requirements.
Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Manage production planning, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, and materials management activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards.
Develop and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
Lead, coach, and develop operations leaders and plant personnel.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, procurement, planning, and other business functions to improve operational performance.
Manage budgets, labor planning, and resource allocation.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Support strategic initiatives, capacity planning, and operational growth projects.
Drive a culture of accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain management.
3+ years of leadership experience managing managers, supervisors, or large operational teams.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, inventory management, and production planning.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree (MBA or related field).
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification.
Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational transformation projects.
