Lead Assistant Manager

Job Description: Develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable backend services for web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features.

Design and consume RESTful APIs for efficient communication between front-end and back-end services.

Maintain and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL) for performance and scalability.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices using modern DevOps tools.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.

Troubleshoot and debug applications across multiple environments.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve development practices

Responsibilities: Skills:

Must have:

Back-End: Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, AWS services - Lambda, S3, Dynamo db, Systems manager, CloudWatch, API gateway

APIs: Ability to design, build, and consume RESTful APIs.

Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

Version Control: Experience with Git / Azure DevOps or equivalent.

CI/CD: Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.

Understanding of microservices architecture.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, PyTest).

Awareness of security best practices and performance tuning

Good to Have:

Qualifications: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Familiarity with microservices architecture and Agile development practices.
