Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in Workday Reporting, Dashboard Development, Workday Prism Analytics, and ERP Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise reporting solutions that provide actionable insights across HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, and business operations.
This role requires a strong understanding of Workday reporting capabilities, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and production support. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, HR teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions across multiple business functions.
Create, modify, and support:
Matrix Reports
Composite Reports
Advanced Reports
Custom Dashboards
Build and maintain reporting solutions using Workday Prism Analytics.
Gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
Translate business and functional requirements into technical reporting solutions.
Support Workday Time Tracking and Payroll reporting requirements.
Develop new reporting solutions, enhancements, and dashboard capabilities.
Manage change control processes and migrate reporting changes across Workday tenants.
Support application upgrades, testing activities, production deployments, and maintenance activities.
Configure and maintain security settings, user roles, and access controls.
Monitor and manage support requests through ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide timely resolution to business users.
Maintain technical documentation, reporting standards, and support procedures.
Participate in on-call support activities for critical production issues when required.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting.
Strong experience creating and maintaining:
Matrix Reports
Composite Reports
Advanced Reports
Dashboards
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
Knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Payroll reporting.
Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
Experience supporting ERP applications and enterprise reporting environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.
