Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations & Project Coordinator to manage daily task tracking, team accountability, and project reporting across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will work closely with Shopify Developers, Web Designers, SEO Specialists, Content Writers, AI Video Creators, AI Developers, and other team members to ensure projects are progressing according to deadlines. This role requires a strong personality who is comfortable following up with employees, identifying delays, asking tough questions when tasks are overdue, and escalating issues to management when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily follow-ups with team members regarding assigned tasks and project progress.

Track completed, ongoing, and pending work across all departments.

Identify delays, bottlenecks, and missed deadlines.

Ask team members for updates and hold them accountable for deliverables.

Maintain project trackers, reports, and status updates.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Coordinate with Shopify Developers, Designers, SEO Teams, Content Writers, AI Developers, and Video Teams.

Schedule and conduct project status meetings.

Escalate unresolved issues, delays, and performance concerns to management.

Ensure all tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and completed on time.

Create management summaries highlighting completed work, pending tasks, blockers, and employee productivity.

Maintain project documentation and communication records.

Preferred Experience

Experience coordinating digital marketing, eCommerce, Shopify, SEO, Development, or Creative teams.

Experience working with remote or cross-functional teams.

Previous experience in operations, project coordination, account management, or team management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
