Project engineer

Job Title: Project Engineer Location: Gurugram Experience: 5–8 Years Work Mode: 100% Work from Office Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Notice Period: Up to 30 Days Job Overview: We are looking for Project Engineers with strong construction/project engineering experience to support project execution, coordination, documentation, estimation, and engineering activities. This role offers an opportunity to work on large-scale construction projects and grow into leadership-oriented project engineering roles. Key Responsibilities: Manage project engineering activities including Submittals, Change Orders, RFIs, Quantity Take-Offs, Estimation, and Project Coordination. Participate in project management, documentation, and project administration activities. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents. Coordinate project activities and provide regular task updates. Support estimation efforts, resource planning, and project execution. Maintain quality assurance and quality control standards across projects. Develop and deliver training sessions for team members when required. Take ownership of document management processes and applications. Build and maintain effective working relationships with project stakeholders. Must-Have Skills: Experience handling at least two of the following: - Submittals - Change Orders - RFIs - Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) - Estimation - Project Coordination • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong understanding of construction practices and project engineering processes. Qualifications: Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 5–8 years of construction/project engineering experience. Experience with reputed construction or engineering organizations is preferred.

Preferred Software Experience: Bluebeam AutoCAD Revit Navisworks Civil 3D Revizto On-Screen Takeoff Software Estimation Software Preferred Candidate Profile: Project Engineers Construction Engineers Quantity Surveyors Estimation Engineers Project Coordinators Engineering, Architecture, Structural, and MEPFP professionals with relevant project engineering experience. Preferred: International project exposure. Experience in project engineering, construction execution, project administration, estimation, and coordination. Self-motivated, result-oriented, adaptable team player with strong accountability and relationship-building skills.
