Eaton’s Mobility Group is currently seeking a Senior Commercial Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team based in Turin, Italy.
What you’ll do:
The primary function of this role is to serve as a key finance business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product Line teams, supporting profitable growth through financial planning, performance analysis, and commercial insights. The role owns critical components of the Strategic Plan, Profit Plan, Forecast, and Month-End Closing processes for commercial activities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights. The position drives analysis on sales performance, pricing, mix, and profitability, supporting data-driven decision making across the organization. The role also acts as the primary point of contact between plants and HQ for all commercial finance topics, ensuring alignment, consistency, and effective communication across the organization.
This role plays a key part in enhancing margin performance, improving product and customer profitability, and supporting initiatives such as portfolio optimization (“fix the tail”) and working capital improvement through past due analysis.
Own key financial inputs for Strategic Plan, Profit Plan, and Rolling Forecast for commercial activities
Lead monthly closing and forecast for sales and margin, ensuring accurate reporting and clear variance explanation (volume, price, mix)
Analyze sales and gross margin performance, identifying key drivers across products, customers, and product lines
Own profitability analysis (product, customer, channel) and drive portfolio optimization initiatives (“fix the tail”)
Partner with Sales and Product Line teams to drive pricing actions and support commercial decision-making
Evaluate pricing, discounts, and deals to ensure alignment with profitability targets
Monitor past due accounts receivable and support actions to improve working capital performance
Act as the main interface between plants and HQ for commercial finance topics, ensuring alignment and consistency
Provide forward-looking insights and challenge the business to drive profitable growth
Qualifications:
Master's/ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Minimum 2 - 5 years min experience in Finance, preferably in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Controlling
Experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures or structured consulting companies
Skills:
Experience in multinational, matrix organizations is preferred
Strong financial analysis skills (P&L, variance, pricing, profitability)
Solid understanding of commercial drivers (price, volume, mix, margin)
Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
ERP / planning tools knowledge (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus
Strong business partnering and influencing skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities
High level of accountability and ownership
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills, knowledge and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is EUR 43.600 – EUR 63.910 gross per year.

Compensation
This Finance role pays $44k-$64k/yr. Within typical range for finance roles in Italy.
