In this full-time role, you’ll take ownership of a dynamic portfolio of client accounts, ensuring top-tier service and seamless operations every step of the way. As a key player on our team, you’ll act as the central hub connecting our clients, frontline teams, and internal partners—driving strong relationships, resolving challenges, and elevating performance.

Portfolio Account Manager key responsibilities:
Drive client retention and satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships
Own issue resolution end-to-end—lead corrective actions, respond to escalations promptly and professionally, and document thoroughly in line with corporate standards
Turn expectations into execution by translating client needs and contract requirements into clear, effective operating instructions
Lead account transitions by facilitating smooth start-ups and closeouts with precision and care
Build high-performing teams by ensuring every site is fully staffed with trained, equipped, and motivated personnel ready to deliver
Act fast on operational issues, driving corrective action and engaging teams to meet and exceed service standards
Stay on top of performance metrics through regular review of reports (overtime, staffing, licensing, and account requirements) to proactively manage your portfolio
Maintain operational excellence by completing Standing Orders, Site Hazard Assessments, and ensuring all client files remain accurate and up to date
Partner effectively with union representatives on employee relations matters to support a positive and compliant work environment
What you bring:
1–2 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development
Background in the security industry is a strong asset
Post-secondary education in a security-related field is considered an asset
CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or other relevant certifications are highly valued
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational abilities with a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed to support operations
Clean criminal background check
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel between sites
Legally authorized to work in Canada
