MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

We are currently looking for a highly organized, results-driven, and proactive Marketing Project Manager to lead event marketing campaigns, audience engagement initiatives, and digital marketing operations. This role is responsible for driving registrations for events and webinars, executing direct outreach campaigns, managing marketing communications, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across digital channels.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Campaigns & Direct Outreach

Own End-to-End Registration: Manage entire event registration campaigns, including building registration pages, setting up confirmation sequences, and sending automated and manual reminders.

Direct Audience Outreach: Partner closely with the Event Manager to ensure each event reaches full capacity through relentless one-to-one outreach via email, SMS, and other direct channels.

Inbound & Webinar Promotion: Drive high-volume demand and registrations for webinars and other company programming through active promotion and direct outreach. (Note: This role promotes webinars; it does not set up or run them) .

Conversion & Nurturing: Design and execute multi-touch email and SMS nurture sequences to warm up new contacts and strategically convert event attendees into interested prospects/members.

Content, Branding & Operations

Digital & Social Management: Manage the company’s digital and social presence (primarily LinkedIn and other key channels), ensuring absolute brand consistency.

Collateral & Copywriting: Develop high-converting marketing collateral, newsletters, and promotional email copy.

Website Management: Maintain the company website and regularly create and optimize event landing pages.

Data & Segmentation: Manage marketing list segmentation within the CRM to ensure highly targeted campaigns.

Note: Operations owns the CRM system itself.

Financial Tracking: Handle event attendance invoicing and track outstanding receivables in alignment with the Finance function.

Performance Reporting: Track and report on marketing funnel performance—including lead sources, campaign results, and contact-to-active member conversion rates—using data to continuously improve demand generation.

Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Technical Skills

HubSpot Proficiency: Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience managing: List segmentations, Workflows, Marketing campaigns, CRM activities within HubSpot

Digital Marketing & Copywriting: Proven experience writing compelling, action-oriented Email copy, Newsletters, Text campaigns, and marketing communications that drive high open and click-through rates

Project Management & Administration: Excellent back-office computer skills with the ability to: Manage web page creation, Create and track campaign links, Handle administrative invoicing tasks seamlessly

Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, including Conversion rates, Open and click-through rates, Lead sources, Campaign performance indicators, and pivot strategies accordingly based on results.

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable writing natural, persuasive copy and executing direct outbound follow-ups.

Comfort and willingness to engage in direct, high-volume communication through Email, SMS, and direct digital messaging. with the objective of converting leads and driving engagement.
