Senior HR Manager
About the role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Manager to lead our recruitment operations and manpower acquisition process. The candidate will be responsible for handling and managing the entire recruitment team, ensuring smooth hiring operations, and achieving monthly manpower targets.
As our organization works 100% on manpower hiring and recruitment for internal process, the Senior HR Manager will play a key role in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across various departments. The role also includes team management, recruiter performance monitoring, target planning, process implementation, and maintaining strong coordination with management to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, recruitment, and team-handling skills with a proven track record in manpower hiring and recruitment management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
