Senior Recruitment Consultant
About the role
Role Overview:
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions and partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide market insights.
Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and CRM systems.
Desired Qualifications:
3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably handling mid to senior-level hiring.
Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS/CRM tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
