ob Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Recruitment + Compliance) to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, employee onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
HR Operations & Compliance
Collect and verify employee documents.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Assist in attendance and leave management.
Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.).
Ensure employee files are updated and compliant with company policies.
Employee Engagement
Assist in onboarding and induction activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR Recruitment and Compliance.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Pay: ₹9,350.59 - ₹22,949.43 per month
Work Location: In person
