General Company Work Policy

Work Setup: 100% Strict Work From Office (WFO) | 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Must be flexible to extend extra hours as per project deadlines and deployment pipelines)

Core Rules: Mandatory NDA + Zero Mid-Project Exit under any condition + Target-Linked Deliverables.

Full-Stack Lead Developer & DevOps (Core Tech Owner)

Position: Full-Time (Strictly Work From Office)

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Must have handled live app deployments and scale)

Monthly Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 / month (Fixed & Milestone-Linked) + Startup Equity Options

Education: B.Tech / M.Tech

Required Technical Knowledge Base

Frontend Ecosystem: Flutter (Dart), React, Next.js, TypeScript.

Backend & Architecture: Node.js, Express.js, Microservices Basics, System Design.

Databases & Caching: PostgreSQL (Expertise in complex relational queries & PostGIS), MongoDB, Firebase, Redis.

Real-Time & Queue Management: WebSockets / Socket.IO (for real-time chat optimization), WebRTC (for voice/video nodes), BullMQ (for background jobs/queues).

Search Engine: Elasticsearch / OpenSearch.

Hosting, VPS & Linux Server Administration: Must be highly capable of hosting and managing multiple client/company websites on dedicated servers/VPS (AWS, DigitalOcean, Linode).

Deep expertise in Linux Server Administration, Docker, Nginx / Apache setups, SSL deployment, server security protocols, and DNS management.

Cloud & DevOps (AWS Ecosystem): AWS (S3, EC2, CloudFront, Route53), Supabase Storage, and GitHub Actions CI/CD automation.

AI Engines (OpenAI / Gemini).

Kundli / Astrology APIs.

Razorpay / Stripe Payment loops.

Advanced Debugging: Expert-level tracing of production errors, backend logs, database latency tuning, and structural memory leaks.

Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a Full-Stack Lead who will act as a Lead Developer + Server Administrator + DevOps Engineer. You will oversee our production databases, scale high-traffic features, architect scalable microservices, and manage/host multiple web systems flawlessly.

Mandatory Startup Clauses:

Strict Lock-In / No Exit: The candidate cannot leave the job or project in between under any circumstances or conditions until the final product cycle is completely delivered.

Work Commitment: 100% On-Site WFO. Willingness to commit extra hours during heavy deployment, critical updates, or system migrations is non-negotiable.

NDA & IP: Strict NDA signature required. Codebase, website hosting scripts, and architectures remain 100% company property.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
