General Company Work Policy

Work Setup: 100% Strict Work From Office (WFO) | 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Must be flexible to extend extra hours as per project deadlines and deployment pipelines)

Core Rules: Mandatory NDA + Zero Mid-Project Exit under any condition + Target-Linked Deliverables.

Junior Full-Stack Developer (MERN + Flutter & Hosting)

Position: Full-Time (Strictly Work From Office)

Experience Required: 1–2 Years (Strong logical coding aptitude and high IQ is a must)

Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 Fixed (For standard fit) | ₹35,000 Fixed (For exceptionally good candidates with proven full-stack + hosting delivery)

Education: B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent

Required Technical Knowledge Base

Mandatory Core Stack: MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Flutter (for cross-platform framework).

Databases: PostgreSQL (Basic to intermediate queries) & MongoDB.

Hosting & Server Infrastructure (MUST): Must be fully familiar with Website Hosting on VPS (DigitalOcean, AWS Lightsail, Linode) and handling clean server-side deployments.

Tools & Aptitude: Postman (API Testing), Git/GitHub (Branching, Merging, Conflict resolution), VS Code. Must possess a high IQ level and solid routine debugging logic.

Job Description

About the Role: Looking for a high-IQ, sharp Junior Full-Stack Developer to work directly under our Lead Engineer. You will assist in feature deployment, bug-tracking, and maintenance of our app ecosystem. Prior experience hosting and handling websites on Virtual Private Servers (VPS) is a strict mandatory filter.

Mandatory Startup Clauses:

Strict Lock-In / No Exit: Candidate cannot leave the ongoing development sprints mid-way under any condition.

Work Commitment: 100% WFO. Dedicated to extending extra hours to support the Lead Dev during critical live app patches or server updates.

NDA & Target System: Strict NDA applies. Salary release is tied to closing assigned daily UI and database bug-tickets.

Timings: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
