About the Roles

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects based in Woodlands and across various islandwide sites. This is a permanent position with a structured 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8.00am–6.00pm; Sat, 8.00am–1.00pm), offering a competitive salary of up to $7,000, along with transport allowance and variable bonus. The role provides the opportunity to lead end-to-end project delivery in a dynamic construction environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop detailed project schedules, define tasks, and coordinate key milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Lead and guide project teams to maintain productivity and ensure smooth execution of works.

Oversee project documentation, including planning materials and business requirements, ensuring proper organisation and accuracy.

Review construction drawings, technical submissions, and method statements to support project execution.

Coordinate site operations and monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with project timelines.

Liaise with clients, Quantity Surveyors, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project coordination.

Enforce site safety and security standards in compliance with workplace requirements.

Carry out additional duties as assigned by management to support project success.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.

Prior experience managing construction projects from planning stages through to site execution.

Ability to interpret and work with construction drawings, technical proposals, and method statements.

Working knowledge of workplace safety requirements and site management practices.
