UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will conduct usability evaluations, perform user research and testing, and translate insights into effective, user-centered design solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing digital products, strong research and analytical skills, and proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless UI/UX implementation throughout the product lifecycle. Familiarity with agile methodologies and excellent communication skills are essential, with opportunities for senior-level consideration for candidates with over three years of experience.

Job Duties

Deliver UX and heuristic/usability analysis using appropriate methodologies and techniques.

Conduct end-to-end user testing. Plan, recruit and report using qual and quant (where possible) to provide high value insights into the customers’ needs and pain points.

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to complete the user interface design development processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in web and mobile application.

Proven record of the Product UX designs.

Experience establishing and analysing UX metrics.

Experience with end-to-end research projects; from defining goals and objectives, developing scripts or interview guides, conducting fieldwork, analysing results, and sharing insights with the Product team.

Good in any of the designing tools (Sketch, Invision, Principle, Framer, Flinto, Figma, Azure, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Web, Androi, IOS)

Familiar with agile development methodology and be able to collaborate with different stakeholders in the project to ensure the best user experience of the application.

Strong communications and presentations skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Candidates with more than 3 years experience will be considered for senior position.
