Production Supervisor

. Production Planning & Execution

Monitor daily production activities against the production plan.

Handle day‑to‑day issues, make decisions to meet planned output, and coordinate with other departments (Quality, Stores, Planning, Maintenance).

Maintain daily production output and ensure compliance to work procedures, BOMs, routing, and technical drawings.

2. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

Support line troubleshooting for assembly, machining, or fabrication processes.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (8D/Corrective Action) and implement process improvements.

3. Technical Support & Process Development

Identify, design, and validate jigs and fixtures for assembly or machining processes.

Develop or refine manufacturing processes for improved efficiency, quality, and safety.

Prepare PFMEA, process flow, work instructions, and control plans as needed.

4. Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, QMS procedures, and internal quality requirements.

Inspect parts and ensure process capability and adherence to design specifications (BOM, Routings).

5. Safety & Compliance

Follow all EHS guidelines; ensure safety of equipment, operators, and process environments.

Promote 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

Understanding of industrial safety standards and environmental regulations.

6. ERP / SAP Responsibilities

Complete necessary ERP (SAP) tasks including BOM updates, routing, production booking, and inventory checks.

Maintain documentation, material master data, and support leak analysis.
