About the role

Hello! We are Volotea, the airline of small and mid-sized cities in Europe.

As a Crew Control Agent, you’ll be at the center of our day-to-day operations, ensuring that every flight is properly staffed and ready to depart on time.

Working in a fast-paced, real-time environment, you’ll manage crew assignments, respond to last-minute changes, and help keep the operation running smoothly — always balancing operational needs, regulations, and crew wellbeing.

Your decisions will have a direct impact on punctuality, efficiency, and the overall success of the operation.

How will it be to work with us?

Ensure that crew resources are managed in the most efficient and cost‑effective way, in compliance with set regulatory and company standards.

Prioritize safety and punctuality in all crewing decisions.

Guarantee that all crew duties are in accordance with the approved FTL scheme.

Explain the changes made in the roster to the crews in a caring and empathetic way.

Be the point of contact with the crews in last‑minute needs. Talk to them by phone or email to solve their questions and concerns.

Maintain a standby crew roster to cover available aircraft in accordance with the Standby Crew policy.

Manage crew absences and leaves.

Liaise with ticketing to arrange positioning duty travel and accommodation for crews travelling.

Ready to join us?

What will make you succeed in this position:

Studies in Aeronautical Management, Cabin Crew or related experienced.

Mandatory advanced English and Spanish level, both written and spoken.

A high understanding of the aviation operational environment or call center is a plus.

Willing to work different shifts with inmediate availability.

Resilient, with proven ability to manage complex and unpredictable situations while working within a very fast‑moving environment.

Ability to handle real‑time operational problems and provide sensible and logical solutions.

Internal customer‑focused, with good interpersonal and communication skills used to communicate via email and phone.

Being able to understand that the crew is adapting to last‑minute changes and manage it with an exquisite personal treatment.
