Responsibilities

Develop innovative product concepts, sketches, and design proposals for maternal and baby products.

Create 3D CAD models, prototypes, and high-quality product renderings.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, CMF Designers, and Manufacturing teams throughout the product development process.

Translate consumer insights and market trends into commercially successful product designs.

Conduct competitor analysis, user research, and design validation activities.

Participate in design reviews and provide creative solutions to product challenges.

Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility, quality, and cost optimization.

Stay informed about trends in consumer products, baby products, home appliances, and lifestyle design.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.

Industrial Design experience.

Strong portfolio demonstrating the complete design process from concept through production.

Experience designing consumer products, baby products, home products, small appliances, or related categories.

Proficiency in CAD and visualization tools such as SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, KeyShot, or equivalent.

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, tooling, and product development.

Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment.

Excellent communication skills in English.
