Job Title: Business Development Manager – Franchise Development
Location: Noida Sector - 1
Job Summary:
Responsible for driving franchise expansion, generating business opportunities, and building partnerships with schools, entrepreneurs, and institutions to the brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage franchise leads
Conduct meetings, presentations, and partner discussions
Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding
Develop market expansion strategies
Achieve sales targets and maintain pipeline reports
Build strong relationships with partners
Requirements:
2–6 years experience in B2B Sales/Franchise Development
Education/EdTech experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
B.Tech/B.E. mandatory (MBA preferred)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
