Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially sharp and operationally meticulous Amazon USA Account Manager to own and grow Dhampur Green's presence on Amazon.com. This is a high-ownership role responsible for end-to-end management of the US Amazon seller account — from product listing and catalogue health to advertising optimisation, FBA coordination, compliance, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines deep Amazon Seller Central expertise with a genuine passion for specialty foods, natural products, and brand building in the US market.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory
4–8 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (US marketplace preferred)
Proven track record managing Amazon PPC with monthly ad spend of USD 5,000+ and measurable ACoS improvement
Strong working knowledge of FBA operations: shipment creation, IPI management, reimbursements
Proficiency with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Storefront creation
Experience with keyword research and listing optimisation tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Merchant Words, or equivalent)
Familiarity with FDA food labelling requirements and US food import compliance basics
Strong data orientation: comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, Seller Central reports, and Brand Analytics
Preferred
Prior experience selling specialty foods, health foods, organic, or ethnic/international grocery on Amazon USA
Exposure to Indian food brands or heritage FMCG brands entering the US market
Experience working with US-based 3PL and FBA prep service providers
Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce: India-to-USA inbound logistics, HS codes, customs documentation
Experience on Walmart Marketplace, Thrive Market, or Shopify as supplementary channels
