Role: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for expanding the preschool franchise network, generating leads, onboarding franchise partners, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage franchise leads
Conduct franchise meetings & presentations
Build relationships with investors and education entrepreneurs
Guide partners through the onboarding process
Develop market expansion strategies
Coordinate with operations and academic teams for setup
Requirements:
2–6 years’ experience in franchise development/sales
Education/preschool industry experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
MBA preferred
