About the role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, growing brand presence, and managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Manage social media calendars and campaigns.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Excellent content planning, communication, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
