Client Relations Manager
About the role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relations Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing ongoing projects, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication.
Understand client goals and coordinate with the creative, content, and marketing teams.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term partnerships.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship management (experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and online advertising.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
