About the role
Job description:
1. Key Responsibilities :
Assist the Branch Manager in daily branch operations.
Ensure smooth functioning of deposit collection, loan processing, and customer service.
Support in achieving branch targets for deposits, loans, and membership.
Verify and maintain branch records, documents, and registers.
Supervise branch staff and guide them in daily work.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Monitor cash transactions and daily accounts.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Head Office.
Ensure compliance with Nidhi Rules, company policies, and audit requirements.
2. Staff Support & Supervision
Help the Branch Manager in staff management and task allocation
Ensure proper discipline and teamwork in the branch.
3. Financial Responsibilities
Assist in loan verification, jewel loan processing, and documentation.
Monitor interest collection and repayment follow-ups.
Maintain proper cash balance and account records.
Support internal and external audits.
4. Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com / BBA / Finance or related field).
2– 5 years experience in Nidhi Company, NBFC, Banking, or Finance sector.
5. Skills Required
Leadership and team coordination
Customer service and communication
Basic accounting and financial knowledge
Problem-solving ability
Sales and business development skills
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
