Location: Onsite - Ahmedabad Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (EST Overlap) Working Days: Monday to Friday Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facebook/Meta Media Buyer to manage and scale lead generation campaigns for USA-based clients in the Insurance, Debt Relief, and Home Improvement industries.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating high-quality leads, optimizing CPL/CPA, and scaling profitable campaigns across Meta platforms while maintaining compliance and lead quality.
Key Responsibilities
Launch, manage, and scale Facebook/Meta lead generation campaigns.
Optimize campaigns to achieve CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.
Build and test audiences using broad targeting, lookalikes, retargeting, and interest-based strategies.
Conduct competitor research and develop funnel strategies.
Collaborate with creative and landing page teams to improve conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, placements, creatives, and ad copy.
Perform ongoing A/B testing to improve CTR, CPL, and lead quality.
Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and CRM platforms.
Ensure compliance with Meta policies, especially in regulated industries.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns.
Proven experience with Insurance, Debt Relief, or Home Improvement campaigns targeting USA audiences.
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and performance marketing.
Experience managing large advertising budgets.
Hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads Manager
GA4
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Facebook Pixel
Conversion API (CAPI)
Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Affiliate Marketing campaigns.
Experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads.
Knowledge of CRM integrations and lead validation systems.
Landing page optimization and CRO experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Ahmedabad)
