About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end social media activities for multiple brands, creating impactful strategies, and driving meaningful engagement across platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, content planning, analytics, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and drive social media strategies that support the company’s branding and marketing goals
Manage social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Create and maintain monthly posting plans and content schedules
Write strong, engaging captions, hooks, and call-to-actions tailored to each platform
Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to ensure creatives are delivered on time
Track social media performance, analyse results, and share regular reporting insights
Interact with the audience by replying to comments, messages, and mentions to build community engagement
Ensure profiles remain updated and aligned with brand identity (bio, highlights, links, profile optimisation, etc.)
Stay informed about platform changes, new trends, and content best practices
Support marketing campaigns through content ideas, execution, and continuous improvement
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure social media activities align with overall business objectives
Skills & Requirements
At least 3 years of practical experience managing social media accounts professionally
Strong knowledge of content formats, platform behaviour, and algorithm trends
Excellent writing and communication skills with a good sense of tone and storytelling
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a structured manner
Experience in planning content, monitoring analytics, and preparing reports
Working knowledge of social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar
Basic understanding of paid campaigns and boosting posts is an advantage
Strong planning skills with close attention to detail
Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields is preferred
Key Competencies
Social media planning and strategy building
Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook content performance
Content creation support (reels, carousels, captions, storytelling formats)
Copywriting for social platforms
Performance tracking and reporting using Meta tools
Basic creative skills using Canva / Photoshop
Scheduling and publishing content efficiently
Spotting trends and adapting them for brand content
Effective use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for content support

Self-motivated and proactive with a creative approach
Someone who takes responsibility for deliverables and outcomes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office setup
Strong multitasking, planning, and problem-solving skills
