[ZARA] Store Manager (Seoul & Gyeonggi)

[Position Overview]

The Store Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall store operations, leading sales performance, team management, and customer experience.

This role manages the store from a 360-degree perspective, from commercial strategy and store operations to people management and customer experience, acting as a bridge between the brand and the store. The Store Director is also responsible for communicating and implementing the company’s culture and values (customer focus, sustainability, diversity & inclusion) within the store team.

[Key Responsibilities]

Business & Commercial

Achieve the store’s sales targets and manage overall business performance

Develop and execute sales strategies based on weekly commercial analysis

Monitor and improve sales performance across all store sections

Identify business opportunities through market and competitor analysis

Drive sales growth while maintaining store image and brand standards

People Management

Manage the store organization and participate in strategic decision-making for key positions

Provide leadership and coaching to support team growth and performance

Foster a positive team culture and build a participative management environment

Develop succession plans and nurture future talent within the store

Customer Experience

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the in-store customer experience

Monitor customer-related KPIs and drive improvement initiatives

Build a customer-centric culture and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction

Operations

Improve store operational processes and build efficient working systems

Manage sales forecasting and workforce planning

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards

Collaborate with HQ and related departments regarding store operations

Drive operational improvements based on KPI analysis

[Qualifications]

Experience in store management within the fashion retail industry

Experience in managing sales and overall business performance

Experience in team leadership and talent development

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Strong interest and passion for fashion and retail business

[Preferred Qualifications]

Experience managing large store organizations with more than 50 employees

Strong understanding of fashion and merchandising

Experience in market analysis and trend research

English communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office

[Reporting Line]

Reports to the Area Retail Manager

Collaborates with store teams and HQ departments (Product, VC, Image, OP, HR, GS, IT, etc.)

Works closely with the global headquarters team
