$100K–$125K + 5–10% Bonus

A client of ours—one of Austin’s fastest-growing and most dynamic consumer product companies—is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their growing FP&A team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Owning key FP&A responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking

Partnering with teams across the business (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to support decision-making

Building and maintaining financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools

Performing deep-dive analysis (profitability, product lines, customer segments, trends)

Identifying risks and opportunities, and providing actionable insights to leadership

Creating and presenting financial reports that help guide strategy

Driving process improvements, automation, and scalability across finance

Supporting and mentoring junior analysts as the team continues to grow

What They’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis

Strong foundation in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting

Experience working in a larger or more complex company environment

Advanced Excel skills + experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Proven ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights

Strong communication skills and ability to partner across teams

Naturally curious mindset—someone who wants to understand the “why” behind the numbers
