We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Finance & HR Manager to oversee accounting, tax, payroll, and HR administration activities. This is a key position that combines financial expertise with people management support in a dynamic international environment.

What You Will Do

Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve financial queries and improve processes.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and controls.

Support reporting requirements and ensure alignment with US compliance and financial reporting standards.

Who You Are

A proactive and detail-oriented accounting professional with 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Fluent in French, with strong English language skills considered a significant advantage.

Professional Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.

Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle is a strong advantage.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with US financial reporting, compliance requirements, and multinational business environments is highly valued.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
