About Your Role:

Support profitable growth by partnering with Sales to identify and develop new business opportunities and market share.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Quality, Operations) to ensure alignment, execution, and customer satisfaction.

Contribute to Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (S&OP) through demand forecasting, product segmentation, and capacity planning.

Monitor and improve product line financial performance through P&L analysis, cost optimization, and profitability initiatives.

Support pricing strategy by preparing quotations, managing price structures, and ensuring commercial effectiveness.

Develop and deliver business intelligence reports to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and risks.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree completed.

2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with product management concepts.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

High attention to detail and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.

Experience in global manufacturing or industrial companies is a plus.
