The Role

We are looking for a Production Controller to manage end-to-end production planning and coordination. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations through effective scheduling, resource optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will play a key role in balancing production demand with capacity while maintaining high standards of quality, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand

Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth execution

Align capacity with materials, labour, and machinery availability

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material flow

Track production performance and report on key KPIs

Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Engineering teams

Manage project timelines, resources, and delivery milestones

Troubleshoot production issues in coordination with Engineering

Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost, and quality

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience & Knowledge

Minimum 2 years’ experience in production planning, operations, or manufacturing

Experience working with ERP systems

✅ Qualifications

Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering, Production, or related field

Exposure to manufacturing or mechanical engineering environments (desirable)

✅ Skills & Attributes

Strong analytical skills (production cycle time, costs, inventory)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Proficient in English for business communication, documentation, and system usage.

Ability to communicate in additional local language(s) is an advantage.

Willingness to perform ad hoc task as assigned.
