Role Objective

To manage end-to-end recruitment for TROVE by driving both campus hiring initiatives and regular hiring requirements, ensuring timely closure of positions with quality candidates aligned to our culture.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Recruitment

Plan and execute campus hiring drives across colleges

Build relationships with placement coordinators and institutions

Conduct campus presentations, screenings, and coordination

Lateral Hiring

Handle end-to-end hiring for sales, operations, and support roles

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking

Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Coordination & Process Management

Manage candidate communication and follow-ups

Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and data

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience (mandatory)

Experience in both campus and/or bulk hiring preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in Kannada (mandatory)

Currently based in Bangalore

Ability to travel for campus and hiring activities

Preferred Profile

Experience in retail / sales hiring

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
