Overview:
The Senior Fullstack .NET Developer is a highly hands-on engineer passionate about building high-quality, scalable software. This role focuses primarily on designing, developing, and delivering full-stack applications — with technical leadership demonstrated through engineering excellence, code quality, and deep ownership rather than people management. Back-End: .NET,
APIs: RESTful APIs, GraphQL

Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do
Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end full-stack features with a strong focus on quality, performance, and scalability across front-end and back-end systems.
Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, services, and business logic to support reliable and scalable application architecture.
Develop modern, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
Perform thorough code reviews, contribute to improving code quality and long-term maintainability, and debug production issues with durable, well-considered fixes.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features while contributing to key architectural decisions and staying deeply involved in implementation.
Reduce technical debt and improve existing systems through strategic refactoring and modernization, demonstrating technical leadership through code quality, system design, and end-to-end ownership.
Role Essentials — What You Bring
6–10+ years of professional software development experience with strong, hands-on expertise in full-stack development using .NET on the back end.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including React, Angular, or Vue, with solid command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Proven experience building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs, grounded in strong software design principles and patterns.
Solid understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases, data modeling, and application performance optimization techniques.
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows, with a strong ownership mentality and the ability to work independently on complex engineering challenges.
What We'd Like to See — Preferred Skills
Experience building cloud-based applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP, with familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Understanding of application security best practices, performance tuning, and logging/monitoring tools.
Experience modernizing legacy systems and delivering within Agile/Scrum team environments.
Exposure to AWS Cost Analysis / FinOps practices, or contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
