About the role:

As part of the Aftermarkets team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and make a significant impact in the field. You will supervise field personnel on site and provide technical support to Sandvik Rock Processing customers. Your expertise will help identify and analyse equipment conditions, offering recommendations and solutions to minimize unplanned downtime, while ensuring the safe execution of all work in compliance with OH&S management systems.

Specific duties include:

Supervising Sandvik Screen Media employees and contract personnel at mine sites.

Perform OEM mechanical maintenance, inspections, and repairs on vibrating screens at customer mine sites.

Collaborate with customer maintenance personnel to plan and execute maintenance works based on equipment inspections and feedback.

Ensuring breakdown readiness and compliance of equipment and assets during mobilisation and demobilisation processes.

Regular travel to customer sites across WA with occasional interstate travel and weekend work.

While we offer training and development, we are looking for someone with the following skills to ensure you are set up for success:

Previous supervision experience

Industry supervisory experience essential

Proven ability to understand, interpret technical drawings and screen layouts

Schedule 26 compliance preferred or willingness to attain
