About this Position

What you´ll do

Shape and refine New Business strategies, translating market trends, customer insights, and technology developments into actionable focus areas

Conduct market, trend, and competitor research to derive insights for strategic focus areas and opportunity spaces

Assist in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, fostering alignment and collaboration

Support the preparation of top-management presentations and workshops

Bring in your creative ideas, analyze data and prepare decision papers

Collaborate in an interdisciplinary and international environment with numerous interfaces to our business units

What makes you a good fit

Student who is currently enrolled in the final stages of studies in business administration, engineering, innovation, or a related field, with a strong academic track record

First experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or business development is a plus

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is a plus

Interest in innovation, digital business models, and emerging technologies

Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex topics

Reliable Teamplayer with a proactive and hands-on mindset, eager to collaborate across functions and contribute ideas

Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting September 2026 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
