Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/related field and 3 years of direct Employee Relations experience.

OR

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/related field and 3-5 years’ experience in a Supervisory or Management capacity in lieu of Employee Relations experience.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and software applications.

PREFERRED:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 3 years of direct Employee Relations experience.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and software applications.

Work Hours:: 8:00am- 4:30PM
