Job Description – Part-Time Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive
Position: Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive (Part-Time)
Work Hours: 5 Hours per Day
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Compensation: ₹5,000 Fixed per Month + Performance-Based Incentives (if applicable)
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Design social media creatives, posters, banners, flyers, and promotional materials.
Create engaging visual content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns.
Develop product packaging concepts and branding materials when required.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule social media content.
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Create reels, stories, posts, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the online community.
Track social media performance and provide weekly reports.
Content & Marketing Support
Coordinate with the founder to develop marketing campaigns.
Assist in creating promotional content for launches, offers, and festive campaigns.
Support influencer marketing and partnership activities.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing.
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
Basic UI/UX design knowledge.
Video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Portfolio of previous design or social media work is preferred.
Strong creativity, communication, and attention to detail.
